Data Deletion Instructions
Business Card to Website lets users sign in with social providers such as Facebook. If you want us to delete the account data associated with your Business Card to Website account, follow the instructions below.
How to request deletion
- Email support@businesscard2website.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address used for your Business Card to Website account, or include that account email address in your message.
- If you used Facebook Login, mention that your request is related to Facebook Login so we can remove the linked social identity record.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account profile data, social-login identity links, uploaded business-card assets, generated website records, and related application data that is no longer needed to provide the service or satisfy legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Timing
We will acknowledge your request and process eligible deletion requests within 30 days. Some billing, security, or legal records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Facebook app removal
You can also remove Business Card to Website from your Facebook account by visiting Facebook settings, opening Apps and Websites, and removing the app. Removing the app in Facebook does not automatically delete all data from Business Card to Website, so please email us if you also want your local account data deleted.
